I have been trained in different styles of yoga. The style I rely on most is Iyengar based. Another words alignment and prop based. This is useful to make sure that students stay structually sound to avoid injury and to get the most benifit from each pose. Using props, which can be anything from the wall to a block to a strap to a chair, allows the student better access to poses. This means that ANYONE can do yoga...even YOU!
